  1. 1.ការរចនានៅតែជារបស់អ្នកYour designs stay yours

    • You keep the copyright in every design you submit.
    • You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to show, sell and deliver your designs on the platform for as long as they are listed, and afterwards for every wedding that already chose them.
    • Each couple who buys or uses your design gets a licence to use it for their own wedding: the invitation, its guest page and its printed cards. They may not resell it.

  2. 2.ស្នាដៃដើមប៉ុណ្ណោះOriginal work only

    • Everything you upload is your own work, or you hold a licence that allows its use in designs sold to others, and you say which when you upload it.
    • If someone complains that a design uses their work and the complaint is upheld, we may take the design off the shelf. Weddings that already use it keep it.

  3. 3.ការត្រួតពិនិត្យមុនដាក់លក់Review before the shelf

    • Every design passes automatic checks and a review by our team before couples can see it. We may approve it, ask for changes, or decline it, and we will always tell you why.
    • A design once on the shelf cannot be changed under the weddings using it. A new version is a new submission.

  4. 4.ប្រាក់ចំណូលរបស់អ្នកWhat you earn

    • You set your design's price: free, or between $1 and $99.
    • You earn 30% of each sale of your design, or 50% when the couple came through your own referral link.
    • Half of every subscription payment is shared between the designers of the weddings that subscriber puts live during the period it paid for, and is credited when that period ends.
    • Earnings are held for 30 days, the refund window. A refunded sale is taken back from your balance; a pool share already credited is not.

  5. 5.ការទូទាត់Getting paid

    • We pay monthly, by ABA, Wing, bank transfer or KHQR, once your payable balance is at least $20 (or ៛80,000).
    • You are responsible for any tax on your earnings.

  6. 6.ការចូលរួម និងការចាកចេញJoining and leaving

    • Joining is free. You never pay us to list or sell.
    • You may stop selling at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks this agreement; suspension takes your designs off the shelf but never away from weddings that already chose them.
